Knowledge made personal.
Knowledge preserved for what comes next.

FHK is a privately governed foundation based in Switzerland, working through a distributed international model with particular attention to developing regions and Latin America.

About FHK

A small structure with an intentionally broad horizon.

FHK does not build its work around offices, campuses or permanent local infrastructure. It operates through people, knowledge, carefully selected projects and trusted local collaboration.

Its model is intentionally lean: individual attention where learning is personal, specialist collaboration where expertise is needed, and long-horizon preservation where knowledge may be more valuable to a future generation than to the present one.

The foundation does not run public fundraising campaigns and does not seek government funding.

H20 · Hour Twenty

Learn. Apply. Preserve.

H20 is FHK's framework for human development through knowledge in action. It brings together three complementary lines of work.

01

De Manos Trabajando

Individual learning & economic enablement

A personalized introduction to manual therapies, combining theory and practice around each participant's pace, availability and learning needs. During training, participants may receive region-adjusted economic support and, when appropriate, guidance toward a working ecosystem in which the new skill can become productive.

Participation is voluntary. Support is not contingent on completing the program.

02

Professional Specialization

Mentoring, workshops & continued practice

Programs for therapists and practitioners who want to complement their professional offer. Most learning is delivered through individualized mentoring, while selected subjects may be taught in small groups. Training is generally supported by FHK and may include an economic allowance during the learning period.

Ter-Ter. A dedicated line of therapies and restorative work for therapists themselves.

03

Human Knowledge

Documentation & generational preservation

Long-horizon projects document aspects of human anatomy and embodied experience with consenting volunteers. The resulting material is not created for public distribution; selected records may be preserved in a restricted generational archive for future study.

Some preservation cycles are designed around horizons of approximately four decades.

Operating approach

Designed around the individual, not the institution.

01

Personal

Learning and support are adapted to the person's pace, capacity, context and availability.

02

Distributed

FHK works internationally without depending on a network of permanent local premises.

03

Independent

Programs are not designed around commercial sales, public fundraising or government support.

04

Long horizon

Some knowledge is meant to be applied now. Some is worth protecting for those who come later.
